2. Description of the service
Naia Finance is a SaaS (Software as a Service) financial intelligence platform for Colombian small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). Depending on the plan contracted, the Service includes:
- Recording and classification of financial transactions through WhatsApp conversations assisted by artificial intelligence
- Web dashboard with real-time key financial performance indicators (KPIs)
- Treasury, financial goals, cash flow, proactive alerts and expense analysis modules
- Bulk upload of transactions from Excel files
- Financial consulting sessions with senior Grow Finance consultants, depending on the plan contracted
- Multi-user access and, on higher plans, management of multiple companies
The Service does not constitute certified accounting, tax or legal advice. The consulting included in the plans is strategic financial guidance and does not replace the Customer's accountant, statutory auditor or legal advisor.
The financial consulting services included in the GROW, SCALE and SCALE PRO plans are provided directly by Grow Finance Strategy S.A.S., whose consultants are independent finance professionals. ID Technology SAS acts as the technology platform that enables that service. Grow Finance Strategy S.A.S. is solely responsible for the quality and content of the consulting sessions.

By registering their WhatsApp number on the platform, the User expressly authorizes receiving messages from NAIA Finance through WhatsApp, including replies to their queries, transaction confirmations and proactive financial alerts.
Opt-out
The User can revoke this authorization at any time by replying STOP to any NAIA Finance message on WhatsApp, or by unlinking their number from their account settings at app.naiafinance.com.
